Pack is for encouraging a small crew of friends to show up. Keep your messages supportive and respect other people’s boundaries.
Open the … menu on a received message and select Report message. Choose a reason and add any useful context. The message is hidden from your inbox and sent, with your report, to Pack’s private moderation queue. You can also block the sender when reporting. Other crew members cannot see your report.
Select Block sender from the same menu. Their messages and spotlight nudges will be hidden, and neither of you can send new nudges to the other. Blocking follows the guest account even if a person leaves and rejoins a crew. Crew check-ins remain visible. You can unblock someone in crew settings under Blocked Senders. Reported messages remain hidden after unblocking.
Server-side rules filter objectionable language before a message is stored. Filters cannot understand every context or language, so reports and human review are also part of message safety. Pack reviews reports and can remove messages from view or suspend an account’s messaging privileges. To follow up on a report or appeal a restriction, contact us using the email below.
