Pack — Support

Pack is built to be simple — most of what you need is one tap. Here are the questions that come up most often. If yours isn't here, email us; we read every one.

My friend joined the group but I don't see them.

Tap the lime refresh button at the top right, or pull down on the feed. Realtime updates can lag on cellular or after waking the app from background. Pulling refreshes immediately.

How do I leave a group?

Tap the group name (top left of the feed) to open the group settings sheet, then tap Leave Group and confirm. Your check-in history is deleted with you. If you were the last member, the group itself is deleted.

Can I be in more than one group?

Pack supports one group at a time. To switch, open a friend's invite link while you are in your current group and confirm Switch Groups. The app validates the new group before leaving the old one. Your old membership and check-ins are removed only after the switch succeeds.

I lost the invite link. How do I get it back?

Any current member can re-share it. Tap the group name → tap Share Link. The 6-character invite code is also displayed in the group settings sheet.

Why did the streak break?

The group's daily streak counts every consecutive day where every member checked in and nobody tapped NO. YES and REST both keep the streak alive. If anyone misses a day or says NO, the streak resets to zero and starts again the next day everyone shows up.

Why is there no history view?

By design. Pack is about today, not about scrolling through everyone's past. The 7-dot strip at the top shows the group's last week at a glance — that's the only history surface, and it's deliberately group-level, not per-person.

How do I change my name or the group's name?

Tap the group name (top left), edit either field, tap Save Changes. Changes appear on every member's device.

How much does it cost?

Pack is free. There are no in-app purchases, ads, or subscriptions.

How do I delete my data?

To delete only your current membership and check-ins, tap the group name → Leave Group. To delete the complete private guest account and its data, choose Delete Account & Data in group settings. If you are not in a group, use Delete Account on the create-or-join screen. Uninstalling alone does not notify the server or delete the guest account. See the privacy policy for full details.
